Looks like our houses are at the same point! Love your granite!
ReplyDeleteThey are! I am a little jealous of your "spinner" in your kitchen cabinet. I looked last night and we don't have one, lol
DeleteOkay, I am jealous of the tankless hot water heater!! lol It takes up very little space which is awesome! Our tank is huge and bulky and wastes so much space. It's taking up my laundry room space in the basement. :-)
ReplyDeleteNo basement for us so I am glad they come standard in our neighborhood because the furnace takes up so much space in the laundry room. The good thing is we can't tell because there is a door that separates it from the rest of the laundry room.
DeleteOkay, got it! Most of the Richmond homes only have two levels. A standard tankless hot water heater is sweet--RH should offer it in every state. We did consider moving to Richmond and looked at several communities. Honestly, my husband was trying to convince me to move to Richmond because the homes were much lower than the DMV area. I was tempted because we have family in Richmond and the prices were very attractive.
DeleteIt's called a "water closet" ha ha! How ridiculous is that?
ReplyDeleteI knew there was a "proper" name for it! Thanks CMM! lol
